Of Valdosta passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2011 in Langdale Hospice House. He was born on October 13, 1933 in Berrien County to the late Daniel Webster & Ollie Lee Greene Hendley. He last served as the Senior Adult Pastor at Perimeter Road Baptist Church where he was a member. He also served numerouschurches throughout the southeast. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Eula Mae Foster and Annie Ruth Powers, 4 brothers, Wallace Hendley, Johnny Hendley, Hubert Hendley and Howell Hendley.

He is survived by his, Wife of 56 year's, Lillie P. Hendley, Valdosta, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Vannasa P. & William Chesser, Fleming Island, FL; Son & Daughter-in-law, Steve E. & Kimberley H. Hendley, Valdosta, GA;4 Grandchildren Aaron M. Chesser Monica, Daniel B. Chesser, Christopher M. Hendley and Sarah E. Hendley; Great Grandson, William O. Chesser, III; Sisters & Brother-in-law, Betty Lou Hendley, Virginia, Reghina H. & Roy Spray, Nashville, GA; Brother, Bobby Jack Hendley, Lakeland, GA; A number of Nieces and Nephews

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 24, 2011 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Webb Hendley Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday, September 23, 2011 at the Valdosta location of Music Funeral Services.
