Howard E. Hand – 81

Of Valdosta passed away late Tuesday night September 28, 2004 at the residence of his daughter Shirley Henry in Naylor, GA. after declining health for some time. He was born in Berrien Co. GA and lived in Lowndes County most of his life. He was a farmer and mechanic employed at Moody Air Force Base before his retirement. He was a veteran serving in the Army during the Pacific campaign. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Ronnie Hand, his grandson Josh Henry, and a brother Willis Hand.

Funeral Services were held at 3:00 P.M. Friday October 1, 2004 in the Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Berrien County, GA with burial in the Church Cemetery.
