Mr. Jacobs was born August 28, 1944 in Panama City, FL. To the late Hubert Jacobs & Mother & Step-father, Audrey & Joe Stephens . He was a member of the Lakeland Church of Christ and was a veteran In the United States Navy. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a Brother, Andy Stephens.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated and a Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. in the Lakeland Church of Christ.
