Of Lake Park passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Smith-Northview Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born on February 15, 1937 in Echols County, GA to the late William and Nellie Mae Passmore Dorminey. Mrs. Hosey lived in Hahira for many years and after becoming ill moved to the Baptist Village in Lake Park within the past year. She worked at C & S Bank as a manager in the Banking Operations Division for many years. Mrs. Hosey was a member of the First Assembly of God, loved cooking and entertaining people. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Hosey, son, David H. Miley, stepmother, Neeler Dorminey Buckner, 6 brothers & sisters-in-law, Roy and Avie Dorminey, Sr., Thomas and Onnie Dorminey, Sr., Leonard and Dolly Dorminey, Sr., Russell and Frankie Dorminey, Sr., James and Marie Dorminey and Warren Dorminey
Survivors include:

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday Morning in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday Night, November 6, 2009 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
