Passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at her residence surround by her loving family. She was born on July 3, 1940 in Adel, GA to Leon J. and Zella (Hancock) Bullard. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Inez enjoyed her garden and just being outside. She loved to walk. Along with her parents, she was preceded by three of her sisters, Ruby Nell B. Ansley, Sandra B. Passmore, Betty Rose B. Hurst and one of her brothers, Leon Jackson Bullard, Jr.
Survivors include her Sons, Leon David Hurst and wife, Debbie Gonzales of Texas, Danny Hurst and wife, Liane of flint, MI; Daughters, Cathy H. Spradley & Oree of Valdosta, GA, Barbara H Crews and Finance’ Bill Shultz of Ray City, GA, Grandchildren, Lee, Michael, Jamie, LeAnn, Tequilla, Beverly, Brandy, Sabrina, James Robert; 20 Great Grandchildren; Several great-great grandchildren; Sisters, Reba B. Peterson and husband, Lewis of Madison, FL, Mary Ann B. Smithie of Nahunta, GA, Glenda B. Peters of Brunswick, GA;
Brother, Wilson Bullard and wife, Penny of August, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
As per her wishes she will be cremated and no formal services will be held at this time.
