Of Lakeland, GA, passed away Thursday October 9, 2014 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on January 13, 1949 in Hahira, GA to the late Candler and Myrtle Cannington Browning. He served his country in the United States Navy. He was retired from the Department of Public Safety, Motor Carrier Compliance Division as a MCO3. He was a member of The First Baptist Church in Lakeland, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents along with a brother, Robert Browning.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00PM Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Lakeland, GA with burial to be held at Fender Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Music Funeral Home.
