Jacqueline Culpepper – 64 of Statenville, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born on March 24, 1956 in Homerville, Georgia to Freddie Lou (Chauncey) and the late Chandler Register, Sr. Jacqueline was a devoted wife and mother, the Echols County librarian for 29 years, and a member of Bethel Church of God and served as a Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed traveling and was known for cooking the “best biscuits anywhere”. She is preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include: Loving husband, Wayne Culpepper of Statenville, Georgia; Son, Caleb Culpepper of Statenville, Georgia; Mother, Freddie Lou Register of Homerville, Georgia; Numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 4, 2021 in the Wayfare Cemetery, Echols County, GA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the funeral home. Sympathy may be expressed online at
