Of Valdosta passed away Tuesday Morning, May 9, 2006 in the South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 3, 1954 to the late Franklin and Delores Carter. Mr Carter worked as a painter for many years in the Valdosta area.
Survivors Include: Daughter, Victoria Bohanan, Sister and Brother-in-law, Diane and Frank Bohanan, Uncle, George Carter, Special Friend, Carolyn Strickland all of Valdosta, Niece, Penny Newsome, Lakeland and a number of Cousins.
As per his wishes Mr. Carter will be cremated. Memorial Services were held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 11, 2006 in the Azalea City Church of God with the Rev. Jon Harrell officiating.
Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving the Carter family.
