Of Statenville, GA passed away Friday evening November 9, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a sudden illness. He was born in Lanier County, GA May 30, 1943 to the late Clifford & Dorothy Westberry Fender. He was a retired Meat Cutter. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister-in-law, Vonda Fender.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Music Funeral Services in Valdosta, GA. Visitation for family & friends will be held Sunday November 11, 2012 at the funeral home in Valdosta, GA from 5:00PM-7:00PM. As per his wishes he will be cremated after the service. The family requests in lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association at 3338-L Country Club Road, PMB 305, Valdosta, GA 31605.
