Of Lake Park passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2012 in Langdale Hospice House. He was born on June 13, 1949 in Berrien County, GA to the late Willie & Juanita Ray Rhodes. He was of the Baptist faith. He will be remembered as an employee of Crackin Good later become a security guard at SAFT of America before ill health forced him to retirement.
He is survived by his, Wife, Linda Mitchell Griffin, Lake Park, GA; Sons & Daughter-in-law, Robbie & Terrie Griffin, Jasper, FL, Terry Lyn Griffin, Lake Park, GA, Justin Wayne Griffin, Lake Park, GA; Grandchildren: Gregory Griffin, Frankie Griffin, Caitlyn Griffin, Chassity Griffin, Izabella Griffin, Kara Griffin, Hayden Daniels and Cassidy Daniels; Sisters, Betty Singletary, Valdosta, GA, Evelyn Copeland, Valdosta, GA; A number of Nieces and Nephews
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 20, 2012 in Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM Friday, April 20, 2012 at the funeral home.
Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving the Griffin family.
