Of Valdosta passed away Saturday July 17, 2004 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Adel, GA on June 10, 1937 to the late James Henry F. & Nellie L. Moore. He was a member of Ousley Baptist Church. His wife, Lois Moore, preceded Mr. Moore in death.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday July 20, 2004 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Statenville Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to Ousley Baptist Church, 7658 Woodfield Road, Valdosta, Georgia 31601.
