Of Cecil, GA passed away early Wednesday morning January 10, 2007 in South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, GA following a brief illness. He was born in Cook County, GA and lived in Lakeland until moving to Cecil a few years ago. He was a cabinet maker with S. L. Anderson Cabinets.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 P.M. Friday January 12, 2007 in the Lakeland church of God with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery.
