James David Vickers

James David Vickers – 65 of Sparks, Georgia passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at his home after an illness. He was born on August 1, 1955 in Hahira, Georgia to the late Mary Elizabeth (Mills) and Vinson Valentine Vickers. James worked in the HVAC industry for many years. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 brothers: Richard Burr, Curtis Burr; sister, Pam Royals.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Linda Kate Vickers of Sparks, GA; Daughter, Jessica Vickers of Lakeland, GA; Step-son, Wesley Harrell (Jennifer Blair) of Lakeland, GA; Step-daughters: Allison Myers of Sparks, GA, Diane Harrell of Ray City, GA; Brother, Vinson Vickers of Lakeland, GA; Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
As per Mr. David’s wishes he will be cremated and a graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Westview Cemetery in Nashville, GA.
