James R. Waterhouse Jr. - 92
Of Lake Park, GA passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family members on October 2, 2019. He was born on March 26, 1927 to the late James R. Sr. and Caroline (Ely) Waterhouse. James was a veteran of The United States Navy. Anyone who knew James knew he would do anything necessary to provide for his family. He also had a great sense of humor and was an awesome, loyal friend. With James, “what you see is what you get”! Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter Barbara Jean (BJ) Shelton and grandson Ryan Werthwein.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Diana Waterhouse of Lake Park, GA; Sons: Mark (Stephanie) Waterhouse of Mays Landing, NJ, Robert (Jacque) Waterhouse of Andover, NJ, James R. Waterhouse the 3rd of Pittsburgh, PA; Daughters, Sharon Herrmann of Mantoloking, NJ, Marian Waterhouse of Manahawkin, NJ; Grandchildren: Tiffany Bouffard, Michael Werthwein, Robert Werthwein, Parker Waterhouse, Brandon Waterhouse, Nicholas Waterhouse, Aiden Waterhouse; Great-grandchildren: Victoria Elias, Nicholas Elias, Adison Werthwein, Ella Werthwein; Best Friend and “Brother from another mother” Kenny (Debbie) Dimick of Jennings, FL; Numerous extended family and friends.
As per James’ wishes, he will be cremated and services will be held at a later date. The Waterhouse family is being cared for by the compassionate and professional staff of Music Funeral Services, Valdosta.
