Of Augusta, GA passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008 at the Medical College of Georgia. Mr. Thomas was born in Mississippi County, AR on May 14, 1934 to the late B.T. & Hortenze Cozart Thomas. He was a retired MSgt from the United States Air Force and a retired mechanical engineer from Fluor-Daniels. Mr. Thomas was a member of Harlem Baptist Church in Augusta, GA. He was preceded in death by his son Dickie Thomas.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, May 23, 2008 in Riverview Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Wes Fowler officiating. Full Military honors will be rendered at the graveside. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the funeral home.
