Of Lakeland passed away Saturday night, March 19, 2016 at Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta, GA after an extended illness. She was born January 11, 1938 in Freemont, North Carolina to the late George and Esther Fulgham Frizzelle. She graduated from White Oak High School in Maysville, NC as the valedictorian of her class, she played basketball, however her favorite class was home economics where she learned to cook and sew. After high school she married the love of her life Jerry Littleton he joined the US Air Force, traveling with him she attended the University of Maryland. Another accomplishment in her life was becoming plant manager and Levi Strauss & Co in LaGrange, NC. While in Berlin, Germany she had her own children's TV show for 3 years. The show known as "Mrs. Jenny" was on the armed forces TV channel. Also while in Germany she became very involved with the Girl Scout Troup. Moving to Lakeland in 1970 Jenny worked in the migrant education division with the Department of Family and Children Services for the State of Georgia receiving a certificate of achievement from the state. After retirement she continued her service on the DFCS Board of Directors. She also served as a teacher's aid in the Lanier County School System. Mrs. Littleton was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter and the Stockton Baptist Church in Stockton, GA. Her love for home and family was evident always with her house, flowers, husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers Douglas Bimbo Frizzelle, Johnny Ray Frizzelle and Roscoe Frizzelle.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00A.M. Wednesday, March 23, 2016 in the Stockton Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. She will be placed in the church one hour ahead of time. The family will receive friends this evening, Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00P.M. at the funeral home.
