His survivors include Mother, Martha Chapman Gardner of Lakeland, GA; Daughter, Mackinzie Gardner of Valdosta, GA; Son, Dane Gardner of Nashville, GA; Daughter, Chelsi Orr of Ft. Walton, FL; Granddaughter, Abigail Gardner of Nashville, GA; Grandsons, Landon Gardner of Nashville, GA, Kamrin Orr of Ft. Walton, FL; and Long Time Friend and Caregiver, Terry Outler of Lakeland, GA.
