Jimmie M. Wainright – 81 of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 after a short illness. She was born on September 3, 1940 in Valdosta, Georgia to Roy J. and Minnie (Staten) Ray. Jimmie graduated from Echols County High School and loved basketball. She was a member of the Statenville Baptist Church and enjoyed genealogy.
Survivors include her Husband: Jimmy Wainright; Sons and Daughters-in-Law: Scott and Charlotte Wainright, Tony and Susan Wainright; Grandchildren: Landon Wainright, Olivia Wainright and Leslie Wainright; Great Grandson: Rayen Wainright.
A private family graveside memorial service will be held in the Staten Family Cemetery, Statenville, GA.
