Jimmy Ross

Of Lakeland, GA passed away late Friday night April 23, 2010 in the South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta following a brief illness. He was born in Dawson, GA and had lived in Lakeland most of his life. He was retired from Georgia Power Company after 32 years. Upon retirement he worked at several places including Giddens Chevrolet in Lakeland. He was preceded in death by his parents Marcus Albert and Lula Russell Ross and a brother Bobby Ross. He was a master mason a member of the Lakeland Masonic Lodge # 434 and a member of Knights Memorial Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M Monday April 26, 2010 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial in Poplar Springs Cemetery in Berrien County.
