JoAnn White
JoAnn White, 57, of Lakeland passed away at her home on Friday, Feb. 2, 2007, after a lenghty illness. She was born to the late Joseph M. White and Lenonia Bennett White in Lanier Count, where she spent most of her life. She was a member of the AARP and the Lakeland Church of God.
She is survived by her husband Joe White Sr. of Lakeland; sister, Francis Lott of Valdosta; two brothers, JR Roberts and Johnny Bennett both of Tucson, Ark.; four sons, Joe White, Jr. of Lakeland, Mickey White of Live Oak, Fla., Stacy White of Lady Smith, Va. and Levi White of Lakeland; and ten grandchildren.
Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007, in the Lakeland Church of God with the Rev. Bob Holland officiating.
