Of Naylor passed away Wednesday morning August 8, 2007 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born January 14, 1925 in Berrien County to the late Noah and Lavie Fountain Chaney. He was the preacher and founder of Naylor Holiness Church. He was a carpenter by trade. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was proceeded in death by 3 sons, Buddy Chaney, Greg Chaney and Denny Chaney, 1 Great Granddaughter, Tailor Chaney, 1 sister, Dorothy Bennett, and 5 brothers, Clifford Chaney, Glen Chaney, Hubert Chaney, Talmadge Chaney and Gene Chaney.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. today, Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the Naylor Holiness Church. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 12:00 p.m. till service time at the Naylor Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the Naylor Holiness Church Cemetery. Music Funeral Services of Lakeland is serving the Chaney family.
