Joel Buddy Sirmans – 82
Of Homerville passed away Tuesday morning, May 15, 2012 at his residence. He was born in Berrien County, GA on October 11, 1929 to the late David Oris & Annie Davis Sirmans. Mr. Sirmans served in the United States Army. He was Pentecostal by faith. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Carrie A. Sirmans, 2 brothers, David Sirmans and William Pat Sirmans and a sister, Virda Woodard.
Mr. Sirmans is survived by his, Wife, Bobbie Sirmans
; Children, John & Ellen Sirmans, Alvin Sirmans, Faron & Betty Sirmans, Denese Cox, Derese & Larry Rigdon, Jason & Cindy Sirmans; 17 Grandchildren; 29 Great Grandchildren;
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 18, 2012 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Sirmans Rest Cemetery in Clinch County, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the funeral home.
