Of Valdosta passed away Friday, March 20, 2009 in South Georgia Medical Center after a sudden illness. He was born on August 12, 1970 in Lowndes County to Edison "Bobby" & Liz Goff, Sr. of Valdosta, GA. He enjoyed spending time with his children and family, fishing and riding his four-wheeler. He loved life, was a true friend to the end, was a big flirt and a jack of all trades. He worked with Nero Tire as a mechanic and tire changer since age 16.
Survivors include: Wife, Ruth Ann Goff, Valdosta, GA, Daughter & Son-in-law, Kacee & Chris Washington, Madison, FL, Son, Glenn Goff, Jr., Valdosta, GA, Grandson, Christian Washington, Sister, Barbara Goff Grimsley, Valdosta, GA, Brothers, Lee Goff, Jr., Valdosta, GA, Dan Goff, Valdosta, GA, a number of nieces and nephews
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at the funeral home. Honoring his wishes he will be cremated following visitation and no formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
