He was born on February 23, 1973 in Valdosta, GA to the late John Henry Foelker and to Betty JoAnn Zipperer Parker of Lake Park. He was a Labtech for PCA. Johnny was a true outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and billiards. He always had to be doing something.
Survivors include his Wife, Lesia Browning Foelker of Lake Park, GA; Son, Matthew Foelker of Lake Park, GA; His Sidekick, Titan; Step Daughter & Son-in-Law, Ashton & Joey NeSmith of Valdosta, GA; Step Son & Daughter-in-Law, Chris & Stephanie Adams of Valdosta, GA; Grandchildren, Desiree NeSmith, Kelsey NeSmith, Parkar NeSmith; Mother, Betty "B.J." Parker of Lake Park, GA; 2 Sisters & Brother-in-Laws, Stacie & DeWayne Fowler of Lake Park, GA, Colleen & Glen Bouchard of OK; Father-in-Law & Mother-in-Law, Clamon & Peggy Browning of Valdosta, GA; Nieces & Nephews, Avery Wood, Jayden Fowler, Anthony Fowler, Callie Fowler and Jessie Bouchard and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
