John Suffield, Sr. – 77
Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2016. He was born on April 27, 1939 in Chicago, IL to Charles and Elizabeth Marie Schooler Suffield. He served in the United States Air Force and was the owner and operator of John's Appliances. He was member of the Florida Sheriff's Boys Ranch for over 30 years and he belonged to the Orlando Masonic Lodge. John was a loving husband, father who loved his grandchildren dearly. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by three of his brothers, Tom Suffield, Danny Suffield, Bill Suffield and a sister, Jeanne King.
His survivors include Wife of 58 years, Linda C. Suffield of Valdosta, GA; Son, John D. Suffield of Valdosta, GA, Son, Gary A. Suffield of Kissimmee, FL; Daughter, Pamela K. Gallahan of Valdosta, GA; Son, Thomas A. Suffield of Chambersburg, PA; Daughter, Elizabeth A. Smoot of Ocala, FL;
Daughter, Kelly Jo Suffield of Valdosta, GA; Brothers, Jerry Suffield of Jacksonville, FL;
& Djon Wilson of Palatka, FL; Sister, Karen Plant of Commerce, CO; Many Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, & extended family members.
