Of Valdosta, passed away Saturday, February 02, 2008, at her granddaughter Michelle's residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on April 28, 1925 in Ripley Mississippi to the late Drayton & Jesse Smith Hatcher. She worked as a nurse at SGMC from 1967-1984. She was a member of the Airport Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Wayne Eubanks, a brother W.E. Hatcher, and a sister Myra Bennett both of Mississippi.

Survivors include: Husband: W.O. Oz Eubanks, Valdosta, Ga, Daughter: Robin Boyd, Valdosta, Ga; 2 Granddaughters: Michelle & Burt Copeland, Dasher, Ga, Donna & Adam Padgett, Valdosta, Ga; 2 Grandsons: Danny Eubanks, Indianapolis, IN, John Eubanks, Indianapolis, IN; 7 Great Grandchildren: Erin, Emmy, Grant, and Evan Copeland, David Eubanks, Brandon and Brittney Kendricks; Sister: Jamie Davis, Lucedale, Ms.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 5, 2008 in the Airport Church of Christ with Brother Dean Kelly and Brother Keith Olbricht officiating. Burial will follow in Dasher Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday, February 4, 2008 at the funeral home.
