Jonathan Henry Redding

Jonathan Henry Redding – 49 of Valdosta, GA passed away on Friday May 22, 2020. Jonathan was born on September 22, 1970 in Valdosta, GA to Henry Redding and Wanda (Moss) Askew. He worked with numerous radio stations as a radio personality for many years as “Jay Miller”. He was employed at The Days Inn by Wyndham Hotel in Valdosta. Jonathan is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Margaret Redding.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his Wife, Christina Redding of Valdosta, GA; Daughter and Son-in-Law, Chelsea Dooley and husband Patrick of Valdosta, GA; Grandson, Elijah Redding; Brother, Tommy Redding and wife Kim of Lake Park, GA; Half-sister, Sherri Kerchner of Valdosta, GA along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A memorial service for Jonathan will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta. Kind thoughts may be left for the family on www.musicfuneralservices.com . The Redding family is being served by the staff at Music Funeral Services, Valdosta.
