Of Lake Park, GA passed away Tuesday July 16, 2013 in the Egleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta, GA after a lung condition for many months. She was born April 26, 2000,
in Marietta, GA to Mother, Mandy Moore and Father, Jason Murray Moore. She was a student at Lowndes Middle School where she enjoyed being a part of the cheerleading squad. Her beautiful smile and being funny are the greatest memory everyone will remember. She enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing. She loved listening to Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday July 20, 2013 in the Southland Church on Highway 84 East in Valdosta. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 A.M. until funeral time on Saturday. In Jordan's memory all people who attend please dress casual and students, faculty and cheerleaders are asked to wear casual Viking clothing. All classmates and cheerleaders will be serving as honorary pallbearers. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Jordan Moore Memorial Fund at First State Bank. Meaningful feelings may be shared online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving the family.
