Joseph "Jody" Clayton Delk

Joseph “Jody” Clayton Delk, age 57 of Stockton, Lanier County, Georgia, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at the South Georgia Medical Center, Lanier Campus after a brief illness.
He was born September 22, 1963, to the late Ella Faye Delk and Hugh Howell Delk. Jody liked to be outside and fishing was his enjoyment. He always has several fishing lures in his pocket.
Survivors include: Son, Clay Delk and wife Alyssa of Baxley, Georgia; a brother, Mike Delk of Stockton, Georgia; a nephew, Justin Delk and wife Hannah of Homerville, Georgia.
In Keeping with Jody’s wishes, he will be cremated and his cremains taken to his favorite fishing place.
The Delk family is being served and cared for by the Professional and Caring Staff of Music Funeral Services, Lakeland Chapel.
