Joseph Joe Sirmans

Joseph “Joey” Sirmans, age 69, of Nashville, Georgia, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2026. He was born to loving parents, Junior Sirmans and Jeanette Skinner Sirmans in Hahira, GA on January 8, 1957.

He loved old cars, especially 57 Chevy. He enjoyed watching Nascar, especially Dale Earnhardt; going fishing and watching Wester movies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Cindy Sirman and great grandchild Luca Alcover.

Joey is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, in which they were married on November 21, 1975, Angela Sirmans of Nashville, Georgia; daughters, Mandy Burkhalter (Phil) of Lakeland, Georgia and Michelle Alcover of Nashville, Georgia; grandchildren, Alex Alcover, Emily Alcover and Zack Burkhalter, Brailyn Burkhalter and Brilee Burkhalter; great grandchildren Kolton Alcover, Rylee Alcover, Noah Bennett and Cynthia Cannady; and extended family.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 15, 2026, in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
