Joyce Marie Bullock Lambert – 91
Of Stockton, GA passed away on June 11, 2019 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on March 23, 1928 in Tishomingo, MS to the late Theodore Roosevelt Bullock and Addie (Aldridge) Bullock. She loved flowers, watching sports, especially the Atlanta Braves and in her younger years she had a love for the game of basketball. She was the captain of her high school team. When she could no longer play, she enjoyed going to her grandchildren’s events and spending time with them. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband, Grady Allen Lambert, Son, Jackie Allen Lambert, Sr. Daughter, Linda Ann Lott and 2 brothers, Theodore “Junior” Bullock, Jr. and Gene Bullock.
Survivors include: Daughter and Son-in-law, Jane Marie and Julian Smith of Stockton, GA; Daughter and Son-in-law, Brenda Joyce and Arzell Register of Waycross, GA; Son and Daughter-in-law, Bobby Gene and Judy Lambert of Lake Park, GA; Daughter, Robbie Sue Delk of Stockton, GA; Son and Daughter-in-law, Tony Ricky and Deneen Lambert of Lake Park, GA; Daughter, Vicki Kaye Lambert Howell of Stockton, GA; Numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and Step Grandchildren; and a special thank you to her 2nd cousin, Hayward Bullock for calling her every day to see how she was doing.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 14, 2019 in the Stockton Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
