Of Valdosta passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010 in Langdale Hospice House following a long illness. She was born on March 17, 1940 in St. Claire County, IL to the late Virgil G. & Ollie M. Schultz. She was a homemaker, a partner with her husband in their grocery business in Ellettsville, IN, an entrepreneur, a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and Parish Life. She enjoyed her 13 grandchildren, cooking, sewing, gardening, and photography. She is preceded in death by her brother, James Schultz.
Survivors include:Husband of 42 years, Jack L. Rihm, Valdosta, GA; Son, Jeff D. Rihm, Bloomington, IN; 4 Daughters & Sons-in-law, Cheryl L. Rihm & Rick Shimkus Bloomington, IN, Valerie J. Rihm & Tom Lange, Santa Claus, IN, Danna R.M. Rihm & Brand Fogg, Pine Bluffs, WY, Dara K. Rihm, Valdosta, GA; 13 Grandchildren; Brother & Sister-in-law, Rex & Sue Schultz, Colorado Springs, CO; Sister-in-law, Shirley Schultz, Viola, IL; Mother-in-law, Mary Ann Rihm, Mooresville, IN; Brothers-in-law & Spouses, David & Ruth Rihm, Mooresville, IN, John & Bonnie Rihm, Carmel, IN
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, July 3, 2010 in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with burial to follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM with the family receiving friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Friday, July 2, 2010 at the funeral home.
