Sons, Patrick Mathis of Valdosta, GA; Billy Jo Mathis of Lake Park, GA; Daughters, Jennifer Mathis of Lakeland, GA; Brittney Mathis of Lakeland, GA; Many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren;
Brothers, Vernon Mathis of Lakeland, GA; and Pete Mathis of Homerville, GA.
