Formally of Elkhart, IN passed away Thursday, October 15, 2009 at her residence in Valdosta, GA after a lengthy illness. She was born on April 16, 1935 to the late Harry G. & Lillie M. Kneuss Augsburger. She enjoyed reading, playing card games, jigsaw puzzles, listening to southern gospel especially the Gaithers and a avid fan of the Chicago Cubs. Mrs. Kohl worked in Elkhart, IN for 30 years as a bookkeeper for the Mobile Home Industry and other businesses. She was a 1953 graduate of Geneva High School in Geneva, IN and attended Huntington College. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice F. Kohl, 2 sons, Donald R. Bowen and Maurice F. Kohl, II, a daughter, Connie Sue Kohl and a brother David Augsburger.
