Katie Lauren Eller, 37, of Enigma, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 30, 2025. Born on February 1, 1988, in Atlanta, Georgia, she was the beloved daughter of Michael and Donna Allen Bell.
Katie was a devoted wife, mother, and daughter whose love for her family knew no bounds. Her heart was rooted in caring for those she loved—ensuring her children were always nurtured, supported, and surrounded by love. Family was her foundation, and she embraced every role with grace, strength, and unwavering devotion.
Her passion for serving others extended far beyond her home. Katie had a deep love for the people of Honduras, where she embarked on numerous mission trips alongside her family. Her heart was especially drawn to the mountain community of Buenos Aires, where she developed lasting bonds with children, families, and workers—offering them compassion, joy, and the light of Christ. She had just returned from a 10-day mission trip before her passing, continuing her legacy of selfless service and faith.
Katie also had a gift for beauty and creativity. She loved tending to her flowers and creating elegant floral arrangements. Whether through her art or her presence, Katie radiated joy and inspiration. Her smile could brighten any room, and her kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Most of all, Katie was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. Her devotion to her Lord and Savior was the cornerstone of her life. She walked with unwavering faith, and her spiritual journey served as a shining example to others. Her life was a living testimony of love, hope, and the power of faith.
Katie Lauren Eller was a light in this world—generous in spirit, rich in love, and steadfast in purpose. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Sue Allen.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Mark Eller, Jr. of Enigma, Georgia; children: Ava Grayce Eller, Liam Michael Eller, Charlotte Louise Eller and Penelope Isabelle Eller; her parents, Michael and Donna Bell; sister, April Bell (Kelsey) of El Sobrante, California; grandfather, Donald Allen, Sr. of Summerville, Georgia; nephew, Henry Bell; father-in-law, Mark Eller, Sr. (Kim) of Chickamauga, Georgia; mother-in-law, Connie Lindsey (Mark Lindsey) of Dalton, Georgia; sister-in-law, Sara Thurman (Charlie) of Trenton, Georgia; brother-in-law, Haleigh Condra (James) of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia; sister-law, Megan Ray (Josh) of Cartersville, Georgia; grandmother-in-law, Claudia Eller of Ringold, Georgia.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Truthpoint Church, 326 US-221, Lakeland, Georgia, 31635 with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lakeland, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at Truthpoint Church.
