Mr. Wells was born on April 11, 1950 to the late Emma Lee (Simpson) and Russell Harry Wells Sr. He was the owner of K&K Meat Processing and was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mack and Emma (Hill) Wells, Henry Briggs and Hattie Starling Simpson and his brother, Harry Wells.
His survivors include his daughter, Cynthia Emma Wells-Stewart of Valdosta, Georgia; son, Kenneth Wells Jr. (Heather) of Naylor, Georgia; grandchildren: Kayla Price (Josh), Kasey Stewart, Dalton Wells, Briar Wells, and Brooks Wells; Great Grandchildren: Canaan Price and Sage Sorrell; sister, Jean Sheffield of Valdosta, Georgia; special friend, Maryann Strickland of Bradenton, Florida, and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
