At the time of her death, she was under the watchful and professional care of Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Kinsey was born November 30, 2015, in Valdosta, GA, to Joseph Vernon and Erin Elizabeth Kuiper Lloyd, Sr. She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather Don Kuiper; Paternal Grandfather Jim Lloyd; Maternal Great Grandfather Ronald Kuiper; Paternal Grandparents James and Nell Lloyd, and Vernon and Barbara Lou Roberts.
Along with her parents, Kinsey is survived by her: Two Brothers, Joseph Lloyd, Jr. and Ray Lloyd of Naylor, GA; Maternal Grandmother, Judy Kuiper of Hahira, GA; Paternal Grandmother, Kathy Walker of Lake Park, GA; Maternal Great Grandparents, Bro. Raymond and Joan Gabbard of Valdosta, GA; Maternal Great Grandmother, Eilene Kuiper, of Albany, GA; Uncle and Aunt, James "Jimbo" and Christa Lloyd of Lake Park, GA; Aunt and Uncle, Emily and Alex Bowles of Dasher, GA
