Landen Allan Brown

Landen Allan Brown, age 19, of Quitman, Georgia passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. He was born to Allison Smith and the late Johnny Steven Brown Jr. in Valdosta, Georgia on November 11, 2005. Landen worked as a service technician with Page Heating and Air, where he not only excelled in his trade but also truly loved working alongside his friends. He had a deep passion for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, welding, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with those he cared about. He loved serving in the LifeLion ministries church with his family and teaching Sunday school class with his wife to all the kids where they called him “cowboy”. He loved driving his truck and listening to Upchurch and having bonfire gatherings with his buddies. Most of all Landen cherished being at home with his beloved wife, Kylie, and their dogs, where he found his greatest joy and comfort. Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Gail Metts and paternal grandfather, Johnny Brown, Sr.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, Kylie Brown of Quitman, Georgia; loving parents: Allison and Kenny Smith of Hahira, Georgia; brothers: Kenneth Smith (Leah) of Valdosta, Georgia and Tripp Brown of Hahira, Georgia; niece, Alivya Smith; nephew, Ian Smith; maternal grandfather, Ronnie Metts (Laura) of Hahira, Georgia; paternal grandmother, Debra Brown of Valdosta, Georgia; Landen’s “Neni”, Julie Eilers of Valdosta, Georgia; uncles: Paul Brown of Valdosta, Georgia, Jonathan Metts (Heather) of Valdosta, Georgia, and Jammie Metts (Roxanne) of Hahira, Georgia; cousin, Lexi Metts.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 27, 2025, in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Burial will follow at Unity Church Cemetery in Lakeland, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, September 26, 2025, at the funeral home.
