Larry Randolf Pittman, age 88, of Valdosta, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on February 20, 1936, in Valdosta, Georgia, to the late Paul Edward Pittman and Ophelia Della (Ball) Vaughn. Larry was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Eva Dean Pittman.
Survivors include his daughters, Deborah Ann Wilkinson of Maiden, North Carolina, and Janice Willer and husband David of Maiden, North Carolina; grandkids: Janet Exum and husband Robbie of Valdosta, Georgia, Charlotte Green of Maiden, North Carolina, Michael Willer and wife Arielle of Raleigh, North Carolina, Aaron Wilkinson and wife Laura of Hickory, North Carolina, and Rachael Wilkinson of Maiden, North Carolina; great grandchildren: Addison and Autumn; one great great grandchild, Reigna; fur babies that he adored; Pretty Girl and Cash.
Per his wishes, he will be cremated with a visitation held for family and friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Music Funeral Services in Valdosta, Georgia. Kind words and expressions of sympathy may be left for the family at www.musicfuneralservices.com . The Pittman family is being served by the professional and caring staff of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta.
