Of Naylor, GA passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009 at the Lakeland Villa Convalescent Center in Lakeland, GA. She was born on December 17, 1929 in Hahira, GA to the late C.M. Duggan and Charlie Strawder Duggan. She was the widow of Randall Spell and had been employed with H.C. Wilkerson and Walkers Nursery prior to her retirement. She was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with Rev. Rodney Carter and Rev. Charlie Scarborough officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery in Lowndes County. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Hospice, 101 E. Northside Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602.
