Of Valdosta passed away Friday, June 5, 2009 at her residence. She was born in London, England to the late William Charles and Ada Lambling Payne. Ms. Daugherty was a member of the Church of England and volunteered at the South Georgia Regional Library. She was survived by a close friend, Jo McConnell of Valdosta and many other friends.
