Lee C. Fender – Jr.
Of Lakeland passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a sudden illness. He was born in Orlando, FL on April 18, 1956 to the late Lee C. and Dorothy Moncrief Fender. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Clyde and Raymond Fender and his sister, Wannell Fender. He was a member of Ray City Freewill Holiness Church and was a master of cabinetry.
Survivors Include: 2 Daughters & Son-in-law, Lisa & Clancy Walker, Allenville, GA, April Fender, Tallahassee, FL; Son, Lee C. Fender III, Tallahassee, FL; Sister & Brother-in-law, Carol & Steve McGill, Lakeland, GA; 2 Brothers & Sister-in-law, Lawrence L. Fender, Sparks, GA, Carl & Lori Fender, Tallahassee, FL; 4 Grandchildren: Daniel Ingram, Amber Walker, Calee Fender and Jordon Fender and a number of nieces and nephews.
As per his wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Fender Cemetery.
