Of Hahira, GA passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Select Specialty Hospital in Tallahassee, FL. She was born in Quitman, GA to the late Harry James Kearse and Eunice Thompson. She was a member of Azalea City Church of God. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one son, Frank Jones; sister, Louise Smith.
Survivors include: Husband, Melvin Leroy Blankenship of Hahira, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Sabrina & Terry Pardue of Springfield, TN; Brother & Sister-in-law, Jimmy & Jeannie Kearse of Quitman, GA; Sister, Barbara Lane of Hahira, GA; Brother & Sister-in-law, Freddy & Kathy Kearse of Morven, GA; Grandson, Zack &ReneePardue of Springfield, TN; Great Granddaughter, Sutton Pardue.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Friendship Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
