Of Titusville, FL passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Royal Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Titusville, FL. She was born on September 20, 1945 in Valdosta, GA to J. Lee and Florence Belle Richardson Purvis. She was of the Methodist faith. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Stacy Kurak.
Survivors include her Grandchildren, Austin Kurak, Savannah Kurak, Kailee Kurak;Sister, Jeanette White of Murfreesboro, TN; Sister, Nancy Burgamy of Warthen, GA; And nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lakeland, GA.
