Of Valdosta passed away Saturday morning, December 31, 2016 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 9, 1943 to the late L.A. & Myrtice Cone Wood in Tampa, FL. She was a homemaker. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Neal R. Lindberg and 2nd husband, George "Kenny" Williams and daughter, Dawn Lindberg.
Survivors Include: 2 Sons, Richard A. Lindberg, Clyattville, Ga, Eddie Lindberg, Washington State; 7 Grandchildren: Christopher Martin, Anthony Martin, Richard Lindberg, Jr., Justin Lindberg, Sabrina Lindberg, Timothy Lindberg and Matthew Lindberg and numerous great grandchildren; 2 Sisters, Carolyn Broomberg, Valdosta, GA, Linda Hall, Valdosta, GA and a number of nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 2, 2017 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the services. Ms. Williams's family is being cared for by the professional and caring services of Music Funeral Services, Valdosta.
