Of Valdosta passed away Monday, July 4, 2011 in South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on September 24, 1947 in Valdosta to the late Gerald Elliot & Dorris Annas Norris Hallman. Mrs. Crosby loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hoyt Crosby.
Mrs. Crosby is survived by her, Daughter & Son-in-law, Susan LeAnn & Joe Brantley, Valdosta, GA; Sons & Daughter-in-law, Charles Hoyt Crosby, III, Valdosta, GA, Gerald & Christina Crosby, Valdosta, GA; 5 Grandchildren, Erin, Amber, Angela & Emma Brantley and Alex Crosby; Step Mom, Martha Louise Hallman, Valdosta, GA; Step Sister & Husband, Cindy & Zeke Cumbess, Statenville, GA; Sister-in-law & Husband, Jenny & Jamie Wisenbaker, Valdosta, GA; Children of Jenny & Jamie Wisenbaker, Jill & Rusty Lawler, Jacksonville, FL, Jason & Beth Wisenbaker, Valdosta, GA, Jonnie Wisenbaker, Covington, GA; A number of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 8, 2011 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Welcome Hill Cemetery, Quitman, GA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, July 7, 2011 at the funeral home.
