She was born in Lowndes County on October 18, 1942 to the late James Edward and Mary Thompson Johns. She was a member of the Apostolic House of Prayer. She is preceded in death by her son, Travis Larrimore, 2 sisters, Wanda Spikes and Ada Nell Johns and a brother, Cecil Johns.
Mrs. Larrimore is survived by her, daughters & sons-in-law, Dixie & Matthew Thomas, Crestview, FL, Brigitta & Patrick Thomas, Lake Butler, FL, sons & daughter-in-law, Dale Larrimore, Valdosta, GA, James & Kim Larrimore, Valdosta, GA, 6 grandchildren, brothers, James Warren Johns , Monroe, IA, Eddie Johns, Myrtle Beach, SC
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 6, 2008 in Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ms. Larrimore's honor to Early Memorial Nursing home, 11740 Columbia Street, Blakely, GA. 39823.
