Linda W. Terry – 62
Of Quitman, GA passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 in the South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born in Valdosta, Georgia on March 8, 1959 to the late Hattie (Addison) and Willie Joe Smithie. She worked for many years as a manager at I-hop. Linda was a loving mother and grandmother. Linda enjoyed tending to her flowers and sewing. She also loved to cook for her family. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Terry; son-in-law: Benny Mark Flynn; brother: John Smithie; step-dad, Harvey Godwin, Sr.
Survivors Include: 4 Daughters: Kathy Flynn, Valdosta, Georgia McHan of Quitman, GA, Christie McHan (Dewayne Kinard, Sr.) of Quitman, Bonnie Weldon (Chris) of Quitman, Georgia, Andy Hall (Tiffaney) of Moultrie, Georgia; 15 Grandchildren: Destiny (Brandon), Carlee Flynn, Heith Dixon, Lachae Sims, Zachary McHan Kayla), Brianna Kinard (Claytin Hughes), Dewayne Kinard Jr., Blake Kinard, Lewis Lopez (Kali), Kayla Lopez, Preslee Hall, Trenton, hall, Byron, Hall, Gabriella Hall, Kennon and Annaleigh, Joshua Fargnoli (Jordan), Bryan Godwin. Great-grandchildren: Kayden Lopez, Aiden Braxton Sims; Brothers: James Smithie of Valdosta, GA Billy Joe Smithie of Quitman, GA of Jerry Smithie of Quitman, GA; Elwood Godwin of Lake Park, GA, Harvey Godwin Jr. of Quitman, GA Sister: of Brenda Hall of Moultrie, GA; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
