Step-Son, Wayne Van Vorst of Rensselaer, NY; Step-Son, Patrick Van Vorst of Rensselaer, NY; Sister & Brother-in-Law, Bernadette & Cheo Biaz of Albany, NY; Sister, Laura Dushane of Albany, NY; Sister, Paula Dushane of Albany, NY; Sister, Tracey Ann Dushane of Albany, NY; 12 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grand Child, and a host of nieces and nephews.
