Of Valdosta passed away Friday, February 26, 2010 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 30, 1951 in Steubenville, OH to Joan Coulter Flener and the late Clifton Flener. She was of the Baptist faith. She was formerly employed at Piccadilly and Hendleys Cabinet Shop. She was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Flener.
Along with her mother she is survived by:Significant Other, Donald Hendley, Valdosta, GA, Daughter, Tammy Porter, Michigan, 2 Grandchildren, Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Joyce & Dale Rawson, Toronto, OH, Debbie Flener & Bill James, Waycross, GA, Brothers & Sister-in-law, Joe Flener, Waycross, GA, Doug & Sonya Flener, Waycross, GA, Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles, Special thanks to Joyce Rawson
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 28, 2010 in the Chapel of Music Funeral Services with Rev. Charlie Scarborough officiating. Burial will follow in Web Hendley Memorial Cemetery in Berrien County. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the funeral home.
